4. Electronic Products & Refunds

Customers can download the same product up to three times.
No right of refund exists for individual documents or document packages as these products are intended for business use only – not for consumer use. No right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or any other consumer Act or Regulation that may replace these pieces of legislation) once a document or document package has been purchased.

We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.

 

6. Copyright & Licence

The purchase of a product(s) from www.internalcontroltoolbox.com gives the Customer a licence to use the documents and information contained therein subject to limitations described in these terms and conditions.
All the forms and documents are and remain under the copyright of Fraud Fence LTD.
The customer is granted the right to alter, redesign and reproduce any or all parts of our products for its sole use in providing in-house internal control documentation.
Customers may not re-sell, re-publish, copy or distribute any of our document or any part thereof for use by any third party.
Customers must notify us of any changes to their contact details, including their email address.
Customers must not use the email address supplied at the time of purchase to forward service announcements or notice of updates sent by us regarding the products and services to another email address, whether it is their email address or that of a third party.
We reserve the right to withdraw (without refund) access to any product where it is believed (solely by us) that links to download the products have been disclosed to a third party or documents have been shared.
If you suspect that the links we have provided you for downloading the products are being used by a third party you should contacts us immediately via our Contact page.
Our website design, layout, content or text cannot be copied, edited or otherwise manipulated without our express prior written permission. All content, databases, graphics, buttons, icons, logos, layouts and look & feel are our copyright, unless expressly acknowledged as otherwise.
